1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak periods such as promotions, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be extended to 3–10 business days.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and local carrier restrictions.
If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout or contacted after purchase.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation email.
Europe
- Standard Shipping: 1–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International
- Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days
- Remote destinations may require additional time.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and current promotions.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions subject to minimum spend or limited regions.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance charges may apply depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, any refund may be reduced by shipping, return, or handling costs.
7. Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Customs inspections n- Carrier disruptions
- Weather events
- Strikes
- Peak seasons
- Force majeure events
- Incorrect address details

9. Lost or Missing Parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel:
- Check with household members or neighbours
- Check any safe place or reception area
- Contact the shipping carrier first
- Then contact us with your order number for assistance
10. Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate parcels depending on stock availability or warehouse logistics.
